Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
– Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
– Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using cash register or POS system
– Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and restock supplies as needed
– Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
– Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Experience:

– Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
– Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
– Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients
– Ability to handle difficult customers or situations with tact and professionalism
– Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously

Skills:

– Excellent math skills for calculating drink prices, handling cash, and making change
– Retail math knowledge for inventory management and ordering supplies
– Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
– Knowledge of brewing techniques for crafting specialty beers or cocktails
– Experience in banquet or event settings for handling large crowds and managing drink orders

– Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar software for order processing
