Bowling is an entertainment industry that for the last 20 years has not been catered to in Lodi. We will bring not only a Bowling venue, but a restaurant, and an innovative alley design that is both modern and elegant. We are the only bowling alley in this area offering Hyperbowling!
We are offering a truly unique atmosphere attracting after-school kids looking for entertainment and a snack, families with young children seeking inexpensive entertainment, seniors looking for fun activities, and local bowlers seeking league competition in their own neighborhoods.

As a native of Lodi, I have gained extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, having spearheaded the opening of several successful restaurant concepts. My portfolio includes the grand openings of two full-service hotels, seven restaurants, and a major sports arena.
Recently, I joined the team at Lodi Bowling Lanes and Bistro as the Director of Food and Beverage. At our establishment, we pride ourselves on offering an elevated bar and bistro menu that highlights the best of local wines and breweries, as well as classic bowling lane specialties. We also specialize in crafting creative and delicious cocktails with modern twists and fun presentations that everyone can enjoy!

Having originally hailed from South Louisiana, I have spent a decade honing my expertise in food and beverage while working in New Orleans. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to manage high-volume restaurants and bars across the country, including some incredible locations like Charleston, SC, Breckenridge, CO, Monterey, CA, and Oahu and Maui, HI, among others. Recently, I decided to relocate to Lodi with my young family – I have two kids, aged four and seven, and we are proud members of St. Ann’s Catholic Church. It brings me immense joy to be raising my family in this wonderful community and working locally in Lodi.
No matter where I go, I always try to bring a little bit of Southern hospitality with me. My aim is to create lasting memories for both our guests and our crew, so that everyone who interacts with us can have a truly exceptional experience.
